I have been renting through Apartment Hunters for about three years. I have been in dealings with all of the front desk staff, and they have always been up front and accommodating. If there has ever been a problem, they were quick to call and apologetic about any inconvenience I may have suffered. I am sorry to see so many bad reviews and wanted to add a positive one in here for them.

Almost 3 years now renting, I have had no major issues except heavily stained carpet that I had to pay a $250. NON refundable deposit on. They have been on top any of my concerns and repair stuff in a timely manor. Granted they are not the most pleasant of people to deal with so I do it thru email and everything is noted and saved. If my rent stays the same I will sign another lease with them for the house.
